Mail-In Service

Laptops Restored offers mail-in laptop repair service for customers living outside of Tucson in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Mail-In service is only offered for:

• Power jack repairs
• Screen replacement
• Fan replacement/overheating repair

Our standard prices apply + return shipping.

To proceed with mail-in laptop repair, please do the following:

1. Fill out the repair request form.

2. Take the laptop and the form without the power supply to a shipping and packaging store (UPS Store or Fed Ex/Kinkos or equivalent). Please see the bottom of this page for shipping stores in select cities.

3. Ask the store to package and ship the laptop with the form to (using 3 day shipping):

Please keep the tracking number-shipping confirmation as your proof of shipping.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the laptop. You can pay by PayPal or credit card over the phone once the repair is completed. We will then ship the laptop back to your home.
