Laptops Restored was founded in 2007 by the husband and wife serial entrepreneur team of Eugene Rudkevich and Feenix Pan. We have advanced degrees in Science and Engineering and over 20 years of combined experience in customer service as it pertains to a technology based business. From personal experience and market research, we realized that with laptop computers becoming the dominant computing devices and with laptop prices nearing $500, a new approach that is different from the computer repair store had to be taken to address laptop hardware problems, especially screens and keyboards.
